If you have any problems to startup the game please fill in this form.

Have you tried to reinstall the game?

We need to know what operating system you are using.

How many monitors do you have connected to the game?
(Including laptop monitor.)

If you know what graphics card you have please let us know.

Does the game show the error dialog?

If you got a message from the error dialog polease paste it otherwise please copy the content of your Application.log.
Usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\puzzle dimension
